   I don’t know if you two remember that in the late 90′s I was the caller that won the contest (when I was residing in The Dalles, OR and I heard your show on Q-104 back then; now I listen to you both on 94.7 as I’m in Portland) for your slogan: “Area 54: Transporting Tunes from the Mothership.” I think it’s so cool that that slogan is still used!    I was trying to find out the name of the group or song that was playing.

   I remember just some of the lyrics of the song saying -What’s the Problem-.

   The first time I’ve listened to your guy’s show was when I was a child. Your intermissions with the alien voices creeped me out too much at that age, unnerving me to the point of never listening again; until I was in high school. The music you guys played was a great late night study aid, or just a simple way to unwind. I’ve been listening since (I’ve graduated) and I appreciate the effort you two put in your show and website.

   Are there any future plans for other Area54 related merchandise? Coffee mugs or bumper stickers perhaps? I’ve bought both the grey and green shirts and they are great.

    I love the show and the site. I used to be able to popout the player and I could play it while I was surfing around the rest of my sites – Facebook, games, etc. Now, when I click to another application, I lose the music. Did you change something? Do you have some ideas on how I can still groove to the music while Facebooking my friends? Your help is much appreciated.

    Guys, long time listener, first time… er, commenter. You show is sick, I always hear new stuff – truly one of the best radio shows in town. But most of the mashups are un-Shazamable. Really? How cruel. OK, that’s collateral damage with mashups.

    But the set list is what, 1 week behind? If NRK wasn’t programmed in to the car radio, I’d forget where it was, let alone remember to check that playlist.

    OK, I’m sure the playlist will be posted sooner or later. But what was that Beach Boys-California Girls/Techno mashup around 11:21, I think?

    Shazam did ID Sex On Wheels (MLWTTKK), Glycerine (Bush), and Kids (MGMT), but I can’t tell if they were original versions or mashed.

    Anyway, your show harkens back to the Golden era of FM when you heard new stuff, people talked about it, and music was it.

    I love your show! It’s music that I don’t hear any where else. And I love your catch phrase “it’s music from the future” ! So true.
